Raw Materials & Certification
Almaxco ACP is made from the highest quality raw materials, from the coils to the adhesive and protection films that we use to produce our panels. We use the best quality paint from internationally renowned companies like PPG Coatings, Valspar, Fine Shine and Beckers Industrial Coating to produce our panels. Our PVDF paint is made using KYNAR 500 and HYLAR 5000 resins.
We at Almaxco, pride ourselves to produce high quality product which is made from at least 50% recycled materials and ensure that the our material sourcing is done from companies which are equally as conscious about the environment and with policies in place to reduce the overall impact on the environment from the pre production to post production stage of the product life cycle.
Raw Materials used to produce ALMAXCO ACP
- Coils: Alloy 1100, 3000 series and 5000 series
- Core: AAA grade Recycled LDPE resins for PE core & Virgin Resins for FR core
- Adhesive Film: High Quality Dupont Bynel Resins
- Protection Film: 80 Micron Film ( High Quality water based mixed with rubber) "Easy Peel"
- Pretreatment & Degreasing: GE Betz (USA) and Henkle (Germany) Permatreatment Chemicals
- Paint: PPG, Valspar, Fine Shine, Beckers only (KYNAR 500 & HYLAR 5000)
