Different Type of Paint
 Almaxco
Aluminium Panels are made from the highest quality paint available in
the market today. We have strong relations with our authorized vendors
PPG Coatings, VALSPAR and Becker Industrial Coatings and use 70% Knyar 500,
Hylar 5000 PVDF resins. The paint is weather, UV, acid and alkali
resistant, suitable for all environmental conditions. Our fully
automated and continuous coil coating process ensures that the quality
of the product is always maintained to the highest standards.
Our paint coated panels are tested in accordance with AAMA 2605-05,
"Superior Performance Standard".
PE (Polyester) Coating XT
 Almaxco
Polyester XT coated composite panels have a highly compact molecular
structure which make the paint surface smooth and highly durable to
various elements such as UV rays. We can supply our PE coated panels in
both matt and high gloss finishes. We provide a 10 year warranty
on our PE coated panels which are highly recommended for interior
applications, sign boards for the advertising and signage industry,
ceiling panels, back walls and shop fronts.
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Difluoride) Coating
Almaxco PVDF panels are highly resistant to UV rays and are corrosion
resistant with good flexibility, glossiness, color retention and strong
adhesive force characteristics. We use 70% Knyar 500 and Hylar 5000 PVDF
resins which are key ingredient in making our panels conform to
international standards. We provide a 20 year warranty on these panels
which are classified into 3 types of PVDF coating :
- Normal PVDF Panels
 These panels are highly resistant to acid and alkali and have
outstanding durability characteristics such as color and gloss
retention, that make them the perfect solution for various applications
such as cladding of buildings, canopies, roofing and external facades,
just to name a few.
Nano PVDF Self-Cleaning Panels
 These panels have a hydrophobic, and lipophobic surface,
allowing them repel water and dirt. These panels are coated with a 4th
layer of coating over and above the normal 3 layer PVDF coated panels
which give them a protective layer that adds to the life of the product
and provides a longer color and gloss retention. As dirt and other
molecules cannot penetrate the surface of the panels. This acts much
like a sun block lotion would on our skin. These panels are made from
bio-degradable chemicals and are 100% environmentally friendly and
non-toxic. Since dirt does not penetrate the paint surface, the color of
the panels stays vivid and bright for much longer than normal PVDF
panels. We provide a 25 year warranty, 5 years extended warranty over
the normal PVDF panels for these Nano PVDF panels.
Chameleon PVDF Panels
 These panels give a pearl-like effect giving the surface of
the panels a unique look. The pearly effect is created as light reflects
off the surface in various directions. These panels have the same
characteristics as Normal PVDF panels and we offer the same 20 year
warranty on these panels.
FEVE Coated Panels
Fluoroethylene Vinyl Ether (FEVE) resins were developed in Japan in the early 1980's. Unlike other fluoroplymer resins, FEVE offers a wide range of desirable properties, such as excellent resistance against UV rays and other natural elements, it is corrosion and chemical resistant. FEVE is different from industry standard PVDF Knyar 500/ Hylar500 resins as it offers a higher gloss up to 90%. Other than that all other features are similar to that of Kyar500/Hylar5000 PVDF resins and we offer the same 20 year warranty on our FEVE coated panels. FEVE based coatings offer excellent weatherability under harsh environmental conditions and provide extended period of gloss and color retention.
Special Colors
 These ranges of panels are mostly used for interior applications and meant for decorative purpose such as lobby fit outs, restaurants, lift interiors, receptions tables, columns and various other applications. These panels include a wide range of finishes such as Mirror, Brushed, Granite & Marble, Wooden patterns and Multiple colors on a single sheet. The ranges shown on the color chart are only for illustration. We can offer patterns in wooden and granite panels which are not shown in this color chart. Should a customer require a specific pattern not shown here, they can send us a sample or image of their desired pattern or color and, if available from our raw material supplier, we can custom produce this based on minimum quantity orders. We offer an 8 year warranty on these special finishes.
Custom Colors
 Based on minimum quantity orders of 600m2 per color, we can produce special colors for our customers, as we have our own in-house paint coating facility. This allows us to match any RAL or Pentone color that a customer may want. Customers have to provide us with their desired color samples by courier or reference a RAL or Pentone shade. Upon receipt of the color sample or shade reference our paint suppliers will make a color sample of only the aluminum skin for the customers approval. We require 7-10 working days to arrange these special color samples. Once we send the sample to the client for approval, they must confirm the color sample is acceptable in writing, after which we will proceed with production.
