- Excellent torsion strength
Almaxco composite panels feature high torsion and bending strength under heavy loads, it also features excellent weather resistance.
- Easy processing and installation
Almaxco panels are easy to process thanks to its light weight (3.5-5.5kg/sqm).All cutting, milling, planning, slotting, side-folding and curving can be easily fulfilled by simple tools used for processing timber and metal. It can be used for both interior and exterior applications to raise working efficiency and short working time.
- Excellent impact resistance
It features good impact resistance, toughness and bending rigidity.
- Excellent weather resistance
Almaxco panels are coated with 25 um fluoro-carbon(PVDF) resin, which features strong adhesion, alkali resistance and powdering resistance of ultraviolet light. It can be used for 20 years without fading, unlike paint to a building which fades every few years.

Almaxco composite panels are extremely easy to maintain. The panel need to be cleaned only once every few years, hence reducing the cost of maintenance drastically for management and building owners. Only neutral cleanser and water is needed for its self-clean performance.

Compared to other material with the same weight like steel, Solid Aluminium, tiles and Plywood, Almaxco has excellent sound transmission loss of 26Db. The PE and FR core isolates the deferential exterior and interior temperatures & moisture allowing less heat from the outside to pass through the panels and enter the interior of the building.

Almaxco Panels fully meet the fire-proofing requirements of the international building codes from Australia/NZ standards, to EN 13501 ( EU) , BS 476 and ASTM E-119 standards.
